RDA budgets include reimbursements for Performance Ford and OTG Woods Crossing/Smith’s Development
As part of the FY2026 amendment, Woods Cross RDA budget adjustments authorized reimbursement payments to the 2425 South Community Reinvestment Project (Performance Ford) and the 2600 South Community Development Area (OTG Woods Crossing/Smith’s Development).

During presentation of the FY2026 amendment, Executive Director Bryce Haderlie told the board the proposed changes account for "reimbursement payments to the 2425 South Community Reinvestment Project (Performance Ford) and the 2600 South Community Development Area (OTG Woods Crossing/Smith’s Development) as authorized in the agreements with the two entities." The board approved the amendment (Resolution 2026-149) by unanimous roll call vote.
