The board moved to approve a beverage agreement with Coca Cola Beverage Company. During discussion the motion was amended by Kurtis Clausen, seconded by Houston Moseman, to allow the superintendent authority to make the final decision on the beverage agreement. The minutes state the amended motion carried with nine yeas and no nays: "Motion Carried. Yea: 9, Nay: 0."
