Community Center repairs planned after shattered fixture and maintenance needs identified
Staff reported a shattered wall-mounted toilet will be replaced with a floor unit, painting and fascia board work is needed on the Community Center's southwest side, and Creekside restroom doors need cleaning and paint.

Committee staff reported several near-term maintenance items for district facilities. Leslie Hofelich said a wall-mounted toilet in the Community Center's outdoor bathrooms was shattered and will be replaced with a floor unit; she also said the building's southwest side needs painting and some fascia boards need replacement. Leslie said she will obtain estimates for the necessary work.
