Montecito board adopts updated policies and procedures after debate over term limits
The board voted to adopt a revised, consolidated set of board policies and procedures drafted by Jacob Green & Associates; directors debated a proposed two-consecutive-term limit for the president (a friendly amendment failed) and agreed the document is a living policy to be refined through the amendment process.
