Jeff Garcia of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson presented the district’s delinquent‑tax collection report and described the firm’s two‑track approach: persistent demand mailings coupled with litigation as a last resort. "The collection plan which has been established and implemented for Santa Rosa ISD continues to be successful," the firm wrote in its cover letter and summarized to the board.
