Board recognizes Native American students and FFA delegates returning from national convention

Principals from district schools recognized Native American students for academic and cultural achievements. Named students included Lael Moses and Henry Corona (Pendleton Early Learning Center), AuryAunna Shining Star (McKay Creek Elementary), Kinley Jackson and Kezbah Wildbill (Washington Elementary), and Kamia Dick and Ella Lamere (Pendleton High School), among others.
FFA students Calli Sovince, Gage Olson and Cade Buchert reported on attending the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis (Oct. 29-Nov. 1, 2025), noting visits to Churchill Downs, Elanco Animal Health, and the National FFA Headquarters. The minutes congratulate advisors Alison Spratling, Kelli Nelson and Cray Campbell for receiving the American FFA Degree, the highest degree in FFA.
