Board members report school visits and finalize Adopt‑A‑School assignments

During the Feb. 3 work session, multiple board members shared brief reports on school visits. The board confirmed Adopt‑A‑School assignments: Ryan Lehnert — PELC; Patrick Gregg — McKay; Ryan DeGrofft — Sherwood; Mason Murphy — Washington; Jill Pace — SMS; Anne Keeler — PHS/HHS; and Beth Harrison — All Schools. Director Lehnert said his time at the PELC "was awesome. It was a great experience, refreshing and an eye‑opener." Chair Beth Harrison said mid‑year conferences at the schools "have been a wonderful exercise" that show education is progressing at each school.
