D’Orsay Kennedy appeared at the Boone County Board of Equalization meeting on July 13 to present Protest No. 422-10 concerning Parcel No. 6266.00 (Lots 8 & 9, Hawks Overton Addition, Cedar Rapids). Kennedy discussed the submitted Form 422 and provided comparables to support the challenge to the county’s assessment.
