Primrose questions irrigation classification, withdraws one protest
William David Primrose appeared July 13 to press valuation and classification concerns for multiple parcels in Primrose, raising a dispute over a parcel marked as irrigated and withdrawing one previously filed protest. The Board recorded the protests and took no decision.

William David Primrose appeared before the Board to present several matters: Protest No. 422-7 (Parcel No. 9014.00, Lots 1–3, Block 4, Original Town, Primrose), Protest No. 422-8 (Parcel No. 60020.00, FR E ½ SW 1/4, SE 1/4 8-19-8) and Protest No. 422-9 (Parcel No. 9052.00). For Protest 422-8 Primrose questioned the property being classified as irrigated, stating he believed it was not irrigated. For Protest 422-9 he stated he no longer believed the property needed to be protested and indicated withdrawal.
