Chairman Ron Valencia opened the continued Transportation Element hearing. Planning staff said they will split the road‑length table so lane counts and surface types are shown separately and will confirm lane counts with the street department. Commissioners also agreed that listed access roads should remain unchanged because no major changes have occurred in the past decade.
