The Splendora ISD Board voted to use the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) method for delivery and contract award for the District‑Wide Support Services Building Project (Project #905‑000). Dan Muirhead moved the approval and Allen Wells seconded; the motion passed with a recorded 6–0 vote.
