Trustees voted Feb. 23 to decline adoption of a proposed resolution concerning Senate Bill 11. The motion to decline passed 6–0 with one trustee absent.

During the Feb. 23 meeting Associate Superintendent Dr. Barbara Ybarra presented a proposed resolution regarding Senate Bill 11. Trustee David Stasny moved to decline to adopt the resolution and Trustee Felicia Benford seconded; the board voted to decline adoption 6–0 with one member absent.
