Butler County Commissioners on June 17 authorized a three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with SHI Corporation covering Microsoft 365 G5 and required server licensing. The agenda packet showed an annual PACCAP contract cost of $511,689.63; the board voted unanimously to approve the agreement with authorization for the chairman to sign.
