The Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees approved a resolution regarding Senate Bill 11 by a 7-0 vote on Feb. 23, 2026. Trustee Jennifer Hyland moved the motion and Secretary Walker Agnew Jr. seconded it; the minutes say simply that the board approved Senate Bill 11 and that the motion passed 7-0.
