Dan Campbell, assessment appeals director in the City of Milwaukee Assessor’s Office, presented an item asking the committee to cancel or reduce real-estate taxes for five parcels following Board of Review stipulations. Campbell said settlements reduced assessed value by $653,700 across the parcels and that the net refund payment requested was $13,599.12.
