Richmond Alexander of Engineering Plus (participating telephonically) told the Kemper County Utility District on July 15 that plans for a new regulator-station location are being finalized and the project is approaching the bidding stage. Alexander said Terrell Temple has been in discussions with the Tennessee Valley Authority about the environmental work needed at the regulator site.
