After a presentation of E-rate bids by Technology Director Kris Friel, the Tulia ISD Board of Trustees voted to accept the Category 2 switch upgrade bid from DCW. The motion was made by Kacy Quinton and seconded by Jenni McCaslin; the board approved the bid unanimously.
