Following a closed session on personnel matters, the Gladewater ISD Board of Trustees reviewed and approved campus improvement plans, adopting the Local Improvement Plan/Target Improvement Plan on Dec. 15. Trustee Jeff Cook moved for approval and Trustee Rickie Blackmon seconded; the motion passed unanimously among trustees present (6–0, Corina Arevalo absent).
