The council considered the second reading of a code-cleanup ordinance amending Chapter 46, section 46-207. "This is the 2nd, reading, to this topic. This was just found through routine cleanup of the ordinance," said Council member (Speaker 2), who explained signs were posted and the change is intended to correct the code language rather than create a new restriction.
