At 2:08 p.m. Commissioner Jeff Hunker moved to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters related to hiring; Commissioner Tim Bechtol seconded the motion. The board took a roll-call vote: Jeffrey L. Hunker, yes; Timothy K. Bechtol, yes; William L. Bateson, yes. The board remained in executive session until 4:32 p.m., when Hunker moved to exit and Bechtol seconded; no action was taken, and the motion to exit was approved 3-0.
