The Hancock County Commissioners on July 9 approved Resolution #440-26 to enter a contract with M & B Asphalt Co., Inc. of Tiffin, Ohio for the OPWC Resurfacing 2026 project covering county, township and village roads. The contract total listed in the minutes is $2,388,111.15, with $482,421.50 to be paid from MVGT funds.
