At a special meeting on Aug. 7, 2026, Sharon Planning Commission members said the TRORC Regional Plan draft contained positive elements but raised a concern that the planning process did not include "meaningful participation" from the public. The concern was discussed collectively by commissioners and by Ira Clark, Sharon's board member to TRORC, who attended the meeting to provide additional context.
