Commission members reported that Kyle Strohl has applied to the Zoning Hearing Board for relief to place a single-family dwelling 20 feet from a rear property line where the zoning setback is 40 feet. Chairperson Angela Farrell said the reduced rear setback responds to a steep slope in the front yard and commissioners expressed no objection.
