The Townsend Housing Authority confirmed it will pursue direct coordination with a state lawmaker about the board's state appointment. A committee member reported, “I have connected with Representative Scarsdale, and I am going to have a Zoom meeting with her on, Tuesday, August 25 at 09:30AM,” and said they would send the meeting link to the authority and report outcomes back to the group.
