During review of the SALDO draft, Andy Herrold relayed York County Planning Commission feedback specific to the draft data-center provisions, saying, "York County Planning Commission made the recommendation to not adopt. Reason one —6 it is not allowed to zone aesthetics. Reason two —6 related to fire apprentice requirements." The commission also noted a question about whether the commercial portion of the draft ordinance had been addressed.
