The Weathersfield Selectboard on Aug. 13 held a brief special meeting in Ascutney that the board said was called solely to approve warrants and to acknowledge Town Manager Brandon Gulnick's departure. Ms. Henderson said "this was Mr. Gulnick's final meeting and that his last day with the Town was tomorrow, Friday, August 14, 2026." The board offered parting goodbyes and Mr. Bublat presented Mr. Gulnick with a parting gift.
