At the Oct. 28 meeting, the Lackland ISD Board approved a correction to Budget Amendment #2 and adopted a revised compensation plan for 2025–2026. Both items are recorded in the minutes as having been approved as presented. The board also reviewed the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) report; that report was discussed but required no board action.
