The Marion ISD Board of Trustees convened in closed session under Tex. Gov't Code §551.074 to deliberate superintendent duties and contract matters. After reconvening in open session, the Board voted to proceed with the superintendent's contract compensation package as discussed in closed session. The motion, made by Karl Harborth and seconded by Ryan Schwab, passed 6–0.
