Borough Engineer Emile Ketterer told council he recommended awarding the 2025 Roadway Program to Fryer Excavating, LLC as the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $149,555.00. "The Borough Engineer recommended awarding the bid to Fryer Excavating, LLC, who was the lowest responsible bidder in amount of $149,555.00," Ketterer said.
