Borough Engineer Emile Ketterer updated council on the 2025 roadway program and said the office had not received updated Conway–Baden Municipal Authority sanitary interconnect plans. Mayor Debbie Rose asked whether the engineer’s office could complete the interconnect plans and pressed for prioritization of the work; President Scott Levenson asked what was holding up the plans that "should have been released a long time ago."
