Trustee Dr. Barbara Sanchez moved and Trustee Rene Rayos seconded approval of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025; the motion carried 5-0 with two trustees arriving after the vote. The Lockhart ISD Board of Trustees approved the district's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, at its Dec. 15 meeting. The motion was made by Trustee Dr. Barbara Sanchez and seconded by Trustee Rene Rayos; the minutes record the motion carried 5-0. The vote occurred before Trustees Tom Guyton and Rebecca Pulliam arrived.
