Commissioners approve routine contracts: juvenile services, billing and auditors
Franklin County approved an annual community-based alternative services agreement for juvenile probation, a billing option (Intellipay) for ambulance services and engaged Jones Simpkins as outside auditors; board described these as routine annual renewals.

Commissioner (S2) moved to accept a community-based alternative services and substance-use-disorder agreement with the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections and the board approved the motion by voice vote. "I make a motion that we accept the Bridal Department of Health Corrections and Community Based Alternative Services, substance use disorder service agreement," the commissioner said.
