Board approves TEA district vulnerability assessment findings after executive session

After an executive session, Ropes ISD trustees approved findings from the Texas Education Agency district vulnerability assessment; motion by Blake Thrash, second by Keila Ketchersid, carried 6–0 with one absence.

The Ropes Independent School District board entered an executive session at 8:15 PM on Jan. 12 to consider the findings of the District Vulnerability Assessment conducted by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). After returning to open session at 8:35 PM, Trustee Blake Thrash moved to approve the TEA assessment findings; Trustee Keila Ketchersid seconded, and the motion carried with six yeas and one absence recorded.
