A representative speaking for the Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) asked the board to terminate and withdraw from the Whitewater Joint Powers Board agreement, explaining the board was established in 1987 to handle erosion, sedimentation and flooding projects and that recent work overlaps with the One Watershed One Plan process.
