Public Works reports lagoon project delay, pool season end on Aug. 21
Public Works Supervisor Gary Coffman told the council that Phase 2 of the lagoon project is expected to extend through 2027 (about one year behind schedule) with an award possibly in February, the pool's final day is Aug. 21, and crews performed numerous utility locates for a fiber company.

Public Works Supervisor Gary Coffman reported to the council that normal maintenance work has continued, including mowing, trimming, and street sweeping, and that the city pool is scheduled to close for the season on Aug. 21. Coffman also said public works has completed numerous utility locates for a fiber company as part of ongoing local infrastructure work.
