Elgin School Board approves coaches and multiple field trips
The board approved a consent agenda that included coaching hires (Cross Country, Girls Volleyball, Boys Basketball, Wrestling) and several elementary and Jr/Sr high field trips to Pendleton, La Grande, Fort Walla Walla/Whitman Mission, Looking Glass Hatchery and Woodburn writing festival.

At its April 20 meeting the Elgin School Board approved the consent agenda, which included personnel items and multiple field trips. Coaching hires recorded in the minutes include Cross Country (Roger Franklin), Girls Volleyball (Kendall Noyes), Boys Basketball (Kevin Johnson) and Wrestling (Blake McNall). The consent vote passed unanimously.
