A resident identified only as Rick asked the commission who authorized the installation of the Flock automatic license plate reader (ALPR) cameras and raised concerns about who can view the images. Rick asked, “Who authorized the installation?” and said he believed METRO uses such cameras "for other reasons," expressing worry about what the cameras capture and who has access to the footage.
