The City Council of Navasota voted July 13 to hire Grant Works, Inc. to provide grant administration services for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program Year 2025 street improvements project, approving a $53,000 contract (Contract No. CDV25-0366). Councilmember Bert Miller moved for approval, Councilmember Bernie Gessner seconded, and each councilmember present voted AYE.
