Chairman Elizabeth Damm read the header of Bill No. 2026-01 aloud three times during the March 10 meeting. Grant Lewton moved to pass Bill No. 2026-01; Mathew Damm seconded. The board recorded roll-call votes: Elizabeth Damm—aye; Mathew Damm—aye; Grant Lewton—aye; Shondreka Burney—absent. The motion carried 3-0-0-1 and the measure will be numbered Ordinance 394.
