Marshall County authorizes judge to sign economic development support letter

At the July 27 special called meeting the Marshall County Fiscal Court approved a motion to permit the county judge/executive to sign a letter of support to the Cabinet for Economic Development for an applicant to the Kentucky Business Incentive Program, contingent on later approval by the City of Benton. The motion was made by a committee member (identified in the transcript as the speaker who moved the motion) and seconded; the court voted in favor and "Motion carries."
