Robert Machiesky, P.L.S., presented a lot‑line adjustment for property at 11 Rice Court. Under the proposal Lot 1 (11 Rice Ct.) of 0.45 acres would acquire 3.00 acres from Lot 2 (Solae Farms LP), reducing Lot 2 from 20.38 acres to 17.38 acres. No construction or change in land use was proposed as part of the adjustment.
