The Belcourt School District #7 board on May 13 approved a proposal to establish a Turtle Mountain High School (TMCHS) Gifted and Talented program called "Classroom without Walls," to be funded using HS ISEP GT monies. The motion to approve was made by Board member Teri LaFountain and seconded by Allan Malaterre; the board recorded three yes votes and two absences.
