The Royal Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to adopt a scoring matrix and authorized the administration to negotiate a contract with LAN for Program Management Services for the district's 2025 bond. The motion, made by Trustee Rose Jones and seconded by Trustee Melissa Woods, passed with five votes in favor and one abstention.
