Facilities staff gave commissioners a progress update on the new courthouse construction, reporting that drywall is largely in place on the first floor, studs mark the second-floor room layout and the third floor remains in early stages. "First Floor has got quite a bit of drywall up right now... 2nd Floor has all the studs up around... 3rd Floor, they haven't got any walls up yet," the facilities presenter said while outlining remaining work on ductwork and fire suppression.
