The Findlay City Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of ZA‑08‑2026, a zoning amendment filed by Mid Ohio Development to rezone a 0.8‑acre parcel (ending in 1141) from O‑1 office to CD condominium and roughly 9.97 acres (ending in 2866) from M‑2 multifamily to CD condominium.
