Quinlan ISD trustees voted June 8 to approve a contract with Performance Services, Inc. to design and build an addition to the FHS career and technical education (CTE) facilities. Jeff Irvin introduced Mr. Reese, a representative of Performance Services, and the district provided a printed handout summarizing the agreement. Billie Miller moved approval; Rick Grant seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
