Council and staff reviewed multiple capital improvement program changes affecting parks, facilities and fleet replacement. Staff moved the Venice Community Center sound system and technical enhancements from FY28 into FY27 (funded from the 1¢ sales tax fund) while deferring some playground equipment to FY28 to manage the constrained revenue environment.
