Brian Grubbs of SAMCO presented a resolution for the issuance of a Maintenance Tax Note, including provisions to levy an annual ad valorem tax as security and to authorize a purchase agreement. The Anna ISD Board of Trustees adopted the resolution by unanimous vote (motion by Clark Miller, seconded by Shonda Rupe).
