The commission accepted and scheduled an application from Kitos LLC for a special-use permit to use borough right-of-way for a landing, porch and wheelchair ramp at 200 Chief John Lott Street (PID: 01-007-382). The item was set for public hearing at the August 11, 2026 Planning Commission meeting following a motion by Secretary Sarah Fine-Walsh and a second by Vice-Chair Heather O'Neil; the motion passed unanimously.
