Pine County adopts ordinance adding Willow River to county zoning map
The Pine County Board unanimously adopted Ordinance 2026-27 to incorporate the City of Willow River into the county zoning ordinance and authorized officials to sign a memorandum of understanding clarifying shoreland and scenic river responsibilities. The public hearing drew no testimony and the motion passed 5-0.
